The hotel was a superb base for traveling to Niceville. the room I stayed in was clean and equipped with a double bed and a couch. - the staff were welcoming and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

One negative aspect is the policy regarding early check-ins for non-IHG members. It would be more accommodating if the hotel allowed early check-ins for all guests, regardless of membership status.

It was conveniently close to the airport, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it was also within walking distance of a nature trail and a waterfront restaurant. If the staff continues to maintain this level of service, this hotel will remain a great choice in this city.

The only breakfast option that could be improved is the attitude of the lady serving breakfast. Greeting guests and saying good morning should be a part of her job, considering it's a service-oriented role.
